Osavi Multivitamins & Minerals One Daily is a hard capsule with 12 vitamins and 8 minerals. They are joined by carotenoids (lycopene from tomato, lutein and zeaxanthin from marigold flowers), proanthocyanidins from grape seed and BioPerine black pepper extract.
The formula contains no iron. Vitamin C, the B vitamins, biotin, pantothenic acid, copper and iodine contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. It is gluten-, lactose- and soy-free and suitable for vegetarians; 60 capsules last 60 days.
