Activity lasting up to 60 minutes: take 2 tablets about 45 minutes before the start. Activity lasting more than 60 minutes: take 2 tablets 45 minutes before the start and 2 tablets halfway through. The maximum daily dose is 4 tablets. Wash down with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
