The composition includes vitamin C, niacin, vitamin E, zinc, vitamin B6, vitamin A, folic acid, selenium, biotin, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and beta-glucans. The flavour comes from blueberries, aronia juice, and carrot and blackcurrant concentrates.

Each gummy contains 50 mg of vitamin C, 6 mg of vitamin E, 5 mg of zinc, 30 µg of selenium and 5 µg of vitamin D.

The composition also has 8 mg of niacin, 0.6 mg of vitamin B6, 200 µg of folic acid, 12 µg of biotin and 1.2 µg of vitamin B12.

Other ingredients: sucrose, invert sugar, gelatine, water, acidity regulator citric acid, blueberries, natural flavouring, aronia juice, carrot and blackcurrant concentrates, sunflower oil, glazing agents carnauba wax and talc.

Usage
