Rule One Burn is a powder food supplement in the Snow Cone flavour. One serving is 7 g and provides 20 kcal.
Each serving contains 200 mg of caffeine from several sources: anhydrous caffeine, green coffee bean extract, tea leaf extract, guarana seed extract and delayed-release caffeine (zümXR®). The formula also includes L-carnitine tartrate, L-tyrosine, taurine, niacin and several plant extracts, among them CapsiMax® and BioPerine®.
- Multi-source caffeine
The 200 mg of caffeine per serving comes from five sources, including delayed-release caffeine zümXR®.
- Amino acids and taurine
Each serving contains 1.5 g of L-carnitine tartrate, 1 g of L-tyrosine and 1 g of taurine.
- Decaffeinated tea and coffee extracts
The formula includes decaffeinated green tea leaf extract (195 mg) and decaffeinated green coffee bean extract (175 mg).
- Fruit and seed extracts
Each serving also has 25 mg of capsicum fruit extract (CapsiMax®), 25 mg of grapefruit seed extract, 20 mg of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta) seed extract and 5 mg of black pepper fruit extract (BioPerine®).
