One serving (80 ml) contains 375 mg of magnesium, 1.4 mg of vitamin B6, 1.1 mg of vitamin B1, 200 µg of folic acid and 2.5 µg of vitamin B12. Other ingredients: water, magnesium salts of citric acid, apple juice (17%) from concentrated apple juice, lemon juice (3%) from concentrated lemon juice, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate, malic acid), flavouring, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium), preserving agents (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), dye brilliant blue FCF, and a vitamin premix (thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, folic acid).
