One serving of 4 capsules provides, among other nutrients, 90 mg of vitamin C, 50 µg of vitamin D, 800 µg DFE of folate and 40.1 µg of vitamin B12. The pack holds 120 capsules, or 30 servings.

Ingredients

Per serving (4 capsules): vitamin A (as beta-carotene) 1080 µg, vitamin C 90 mg, vitamin D (as D3) 50 µg, vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol from sunflower oil) 15 mg, vitamin K (as K1) 156 µg and vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-4) 20 µg. The B vitamins are thiamin 3.24 mg, riboflavin 3.12 mg, niacin (as niacinamide) 16 mg, vitamin B6 3.4 mg, folate 800 µg DFE, vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 40.1 µg, biotin 30 µg and pantothenic acid 10 mg. Minerals are iron 8.1 mg, zinc 7.7 mg and manganese 2.3 mg (from brown rice chelate), iodine 75 µg (from organic sea kelp), selenium 55 µg, chromium 35 µg, molybdenum 45 µg and boron 1 mg. The serving also contains a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend of 586 mg, a RAW probiotic and enzyme blend of 40 mg and a RAW antioxidant complex of 10 mg. Several of the vitamins and minerals come from a culture of S. cerevisiae.
