OstroVit Vit&Min 100% is a food supplement that combines 20 vitamins and minerals. The pack holds 30 tablets, and a serving is 2 tablets.
It contains vitamins A, C, D and E, eight B vitamins, and the minerals calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, iodine and selenium. Several minerals are used as diglycinates, picolinate or selenomethionine.
