BetterYou Vegan Health Oral Spray - 25 ml. is a vegan food supplement in oral spray form. One serving of 2 sprays contains 37.5 µg of vitamin D3, 3 µg of vitamin B12, 2.5 mg of iron and 75 µg of iodine.
The spray is applied inside the mouth, preferably on the inside of the cheek. The pack holds 48 servings and the flavour is natural mixed berries.

Vitamin D, vitamin B12, iron and iodine are combined in one product, so you do not need several separate supplements.
