Nutrend Creaport is a creatine food supplement in powder form, in the flavour Orange. It combines three forms of creatine: creatine monohydrate, creatine citrate and Kre-Alkalyn® creatine monohydrate.
It also contains taurine, L-glutamine, BCAA amino acids, D-pinitol, a few vitamins, chromium and magnesium. The 600 g pack holds 20 servings.
- Three forms of creatine
Each serving provides 3000 mg of creatine, from creatine monohydrate, creatine citrate and Kre-Alkalyn® creatine monohydrate.
- Amino acids
A serving contains 1000 mg of L-glutamine, 600 mg of L-leucine, 150 mg of L-isoleucine and 150 mg of L-valine, plus 2000 mg of taurine.
- Carbohydrates and sugars
A serving has 20.5 g of carbohydrates, of which 2.3 g are sugars. Energy is 115 kcal per serving, with 0 g of fat.
- Vitamins and minerals
Per serving: 9 mg of pantothenic acid, 1.5 mg of vitamin B6, 3 µg of vitamin B12, 24 µg of chromium and 56.3 mg of magnesium, plus 20 mg of D-pinitol.
