One capsule contains: vitamin A (as beta-carotene) 1500 µg RAE, vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 60 mg, vitamin D3 (as vegan cholecalciferol) 10 µg, vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 20 mg, vitamin K (as phytonadione) 80 µg, thiamin (vitamin B1, as thiamin mononitrate) 1.5 mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1.7 mg, niacin (as niacinamide) 20 mg NE, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg, folate 680 µg DFE, vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 6 µg, biotin 300 µg and pantothenic acid (as d-calcium pantothenate) 10 mg. Other ingredients: vegan capsule (hypromellose), magnesium stearate, silica, rice flour, modified food starch.
