Osavi Super Omega 3-9-11 is a fish oil softgel containing the omega-3 acids EPA and DHA, plus omega-9 and omega-11 fatty acids.

Osavi Super Omega 3-9-11 is a food supplement in softgel form. The fish oil comes from small pelagic fish, including herring and mackerel, from the North Atlantic. It is produced in Norway by molecular distillation, in line with the GOED monograph.
Each softgel provides 1000 mg of oil with three groups of fatty acids: omega-3 (EPA and DHA), omega-9 gondoic acid and omega-11 cetoleic acid. The pack contains 60 softgels.

Ingredients
Each softgel contains 1000 mg of fish oil. Of this, 300 mg is omega-3 acids, including 50 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 200 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). It also provides 90 mg of gondoic acid (omega-9) and 300 mg of cetoleic acid (omega-11). Gondoic and cetoleic acids are long-chain monounsaturated fatty acids.

Usage
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal. Swallow it with a glass of water.
