One serving of 3 softgels provides 1800 mg of evening primrose oil, of which 144 mg is GLA. It also provides 600 µg of vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate) and 18 mg of vitamin E. The pack holds 60 softgels, or 20 servings.
- Standardised GLA content
The cold-pressed oil is standardised for gamma-linolenic acid. Each serving gives 144 mg of GLA within 1800 mg of oil.
- Vitamin A
