Osavi Magnesium Balance & Relax is a food supplement in hard capsules. One serving, which is three capsules, contains 375 mg of magnesium, 15 mg of zinc, 10.5 mg of vitamin B6 and 300 mg of L-aspartic acid.
The magnesium is in citrate form, and the zinc is OptiZinc®, zinc bound to the amino acid L-methionine. The pack holds 90 capsules, or 30 servings. The capsule shell is plant-based and the product is vegan.
