NOW Foods Krill & CoQ10 is a food supplement in softgels, with 60 softgels per pack. One serving is 2 softgels and contains 1 g of lipid extract from Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba) and 100 mg of coenzyme Q10.
Each serving also provides 230 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 120 mg EPA and 70 mg DHA, plus 390 mg of phospholipids and 750 µg of esterified astaxanthin.

Per serving (2 softgels): lipid extract from Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba) 1 g, omega-3 fatty acids 230 mg, of which eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 120 mg and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 70 mg, phospholipids 390 mg, esterified astaxanthin 750 µg, coenzyme Q10 100 mg. Other ingredients: softgel capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, colorant: caramel), MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides) and lemon oil. MCT is from coconut oil or palm kernel oil.
