It also provides 100 mg of milk thistle extract, standardised to 80 mg of silymarin flavonoids (80%), and 50 mg of alpha lipoic acid. The pack holds 60 capsules.
- Reduced glutathione
Each capsule contains 500 mg of glutathione in the reduced form. Glutathione is a small peptide made of three amino acids: cysteine, glutamic acid and glycine.
- Standardised milk thistle extract
The 100 mg of milk thistle (Silybum marianum) fruit and seed extract is standardised to 80 mg of silymarin flavonoids, equivalent to 80%.
- Alpha lipoic acid in the same capsule
The capsule also provides 50 mg of alpha lipoic acid, so all three ingredients come in one serving.

Each capsule contains glutathione (reduced form) 500 mg, milk thistle (Silybum marianum) fruit and seed extract 100 mg (standardised to 80 mg silymarin flavonoids, 80%) and alpha lipoic acid 50 mg. Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
