It also contains 930 mg of organic food blend. The vitamins A, C and B group, folate, biotin, iodine, zinc, selenium, manganese and chromium come from the organic food blend; vitamin E also comes from sunflower oil, and vitamin K from Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
