BetterYou Magnesium Muscle Body Spray is a 100 ml magnesium spray for use on the skin. Its base is magnesium chloride in water.
A serving is 10 sprays, which provide 150 mg of elemental magnesium. One bottle holds 600 servings. The formula also includes lemon peel oil, arnica flower extract and capsicum fruit extract.

Usage
