NOW Foods GABA with Vitamin B6 is a food supplement containing the amino acid GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) and vitamin B6. Each capsule provides 500 mg of GABA and 2 mg of vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine HCl).
The pack holds 100 capsules. The capsule shell is made from cellulose (hypromellose), not gelatin.
