Description
An effervescent tablet with caffeine, taurine, magnesium and plant extracts, dissolved in water before training or at other times of day.
For adults over 18 who prefer a dissolving tablet to an energy drink and tolerate caffeine.
Allnutrition Energy is a pre-workout in effervescent tablet form with a Multifruit flavour. One tablet contains 150 mg taurine, 100 mg caffeine, 28 mg magnesium, 15 mg ginkgo biloba leaf extract, 15 mg yerba mate extract, 0.7 mg vitamin B6 and 1.2 µg vitamin B12.
The pack holds 20 tablets. One tablet is dissolved in 200 ml of water and the drink is ready within moments.
- Effervescent tablet
The tablet simply dissolves in water, so no scoop or shaker is needed.
- Known caffeine content
One tablet has 100 mg caffeine; the daily maximum of 2 tablets gives 200 mg.
- Plant extracts
The formula includes ginkgo biloba leaf extract and yerba mate extract, 15 mg each per tablet.
- Magnesium and B vitamins
Each tablet provides 28 mg magnesium, 0.7 mg vitamin B6 and 1.2 µg vitamin B12.
- Multifruit flavour
Flavoured and sweetened with sucralose; contains a sweetener.

Usage
Take 1–2 servings daily. One serving is 1 tablet dissolved in 200 ml of water. Drink immediately after preparation. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 tablets) daily.
