Nordic Naturals Men's Multivitamin One Daily - 30 tablets is a food supplement for men. Each tablet contains vitamins and minerals, plus saw palmetto berry extract and stinging nettle aerial part extract.
Several minerals are chelated, including zinc, copper, manganese and chromium as glycinate chelates. The B vitamins include methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) and 5-MTHF (folate). The pack holds 30 tablets.

- Chelated minerals
Zinc, copper, manganese, chromium and molybdenum are glycinate chelates; selenium and boron are glycinate complexes.
- B vitamins in active forms
Vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin, folate is 5-MTHF, and vitamin B6 is partly pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
- Vitamin K2 and vitamin D3
Each tablet has 90 µg of vitamin K2 as MK-7 and 20 µg of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol.

Alongside the vitamins and minerals, each tablet has 80 mg of saw palmetto extract and 60 mg of stinging nettle extract.
