Trained by JP Sustain is an intra-workout carbohydrate powder with three carbohydrate sources: Vitargo (a patented barley starch), patented cyclic dextrin and fructose powder. For hydration it adds amino acids from patented raw materials, CocoMineral, glycerol and pink salt.
The 1800 g tub holds 60 servings and comes in Berry Burst and Orange & Mango.

Ingredients
Carbohydrate blend of Vitargo (barley starch), cyclic dextrin and fructose powder; amino acids, CocoMineral, glycerol, pink salt; flavourings according to the flavour.
Usage
Mix one serving in at least 750 ml of water, or two servings in 1 litre, and sip it throughout training. Take it separately from amino acid or protein products.
