Nordic Naturals Complete Omega-D3 is a lemon-flavoured food supplement in softgels. The pack holds 120 softgels, which is 60 servings.
One serving is 2 softgels. It contains 565 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 270 mg is EPA and 180 mg is DHA, plus 25 µg of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). The formula also includes omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, among them gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) from borage oil.
- Omega-3 from fish oil
Each serving gives 565 mg of omega-3 fatty acids: 270 mg EPA and 180 mg DHA. The oil is purified deep-sea fish oil made from anchovies and sardines.
- Omega-3, 6 and 9 together
Besides omega-3, a serving contains 240 mg of omega-6 fatty acids, of which 70 mg is GLA, and 225 mg of omega-9 fatty acids, of which 180 mg is oleic acid.
- Vitamin D3 in the same serving
Two softgels provide 25 µg of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), so no separate vitamin D capsule is needed for that amount.
- Lemon flavour
The softgels are flavoured with a natural flavouring and have a lemon taste. RRR-alpha-tocopherol and rosemary extract are used as antioxidants.
