Rule One Essential Amino 9 is a food supplement containing all nine essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, threonine, phenylalanine, methionine, histidine and tryptophan. One 11.5 g serving provides 7.5 g of them in total. Electrolytes are added to the mix.
It comes in three flavours: Blue Razz Lemonade, Peach Mango and Sour Watermelon. The composition and the amounts per serving listed here are the same for every flavour.
