NOW Foods Curcumin Phytosome is a food supplement in which curcumin is complexed with phosphatidylcholine. Each capsule contains 500 mg of curcumin phytosome (Meriva® Turmeric Phytosome), standardised to a minimum of 18% curcuminoids, which is 90 mg.
The capsule is made from cellulose and the pack holds 60 capsules. The product is not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.
- Standardised curcuminoid content
Each capsule has 500 mg of curcumin phytosome, containing at least 18% curcuminoids, which is 90 mg.
- Phosphatidylcholine complex
The curcumin is bound to phosphatidylcholine in phytosome form. The extract comes from the turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome.
- Cellulose capsule
The capsule shell is made from hypromellose, so it contains no animal-derived ingredient.
- Flexible dosing
The directions allow 1–4 capsules a day, so a pack of 60 capsules lasts 15–60 days.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.

Usage
Take 1 capsule 1 to 4 times daily with food.
