Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and water.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The product is intended for healthy adults up to 75 years of age. Do not consume if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients. Not to be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Close the packaging after use. Store at 15–25 °C.
