A whey protein powder in Vanilla flavour, taken after training: 18.5 g of protein per serving, plus carbohydrates, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

Nutrend After Training Protein is a whey protein powder mixed with water. The protein part combines whey protein concentrate (26 %), whey protein isolate (15 %) and whey protein hydrolyzate Hydrovon™ (8 %). It contains 41 g of protein per 100 g and 18.5 g per serving.
Carbohydrate sources include isomaltulose Palatinose™ (5 %) and the grain carbohydrate complex ModCarb™ (3 %). The formula also has L-glutamine, colostrum, Ginkgo biloba extract, the enzyme lactase, selected vitamins and minerals, and the amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. The flavour is Vanilla and the pack size is 2520 g.
- Three whey protein sources
The formula uses whey protein concentrate, isolate and the hydrolyzate Hydrovon™. Protein is 18.5 g per serving.
- Amino acids
A serving provides 5000 mg of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) and 1000 mg of L-glutamine. L-alanine is also included.
- A mixed carbohydrate blend

Usage
Mix 45 g of powder with 200 ml of water and drink it right after training. A second serving may be taken at any time of day, 60 minutes before or after a regular meal. The maximum daily amount is 90 g. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
