One serving (6 g) provides potassium 300 mg, vitamin C 250 mg, magnesium 150 mg, calcium 120 mg, vitamin B3 30 mg, vitamin B1 20 mg, vitamin B2 20 mg, vitamin E 20 mg, pantothenic acid 12 mg, zinc 10 mg, vitamin B6 10 mg, iron 3 mg, manganese 1.8 mg, copper 1 mg, vitamin A 800 µg, folic acid 400 µg, biotin 300 µg, iodine 150 µg, chromium 150 µg, selenium 75 µg, vitamin B12 15 µg and vitamin D 10 µg. Other ingredients: maltodextrin, magnesium salts of citric acid, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, flavouring, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), stabilising substances (xanthan gum, cellulose gum), sodium bicarbonate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium), red beetroot juice powder and carotenes as colouring. The vitamins and minerals come in these forms: L-ascorbic acid, d-alpha-tocopherol, nicotinamide, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, d-pantothenate, zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, iron (II) fumarate, manganese sulfate, retinyl acetate, copper (II) sulphate, cholecalciferol, potassium iodide, chromium (III) chloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, d-biotin, sodium selenate (VI) and cyanocobalamin.
