Each tablet contains: vitamin A (as beta carotene) 900 µg, vitamin C 90 mg, vitamin D (D3 from lichen) 25 µg, vitamin E 15 mg, vitamin K 120 µg, thiamin (vitamin B1) 1.38 mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1.5 mg, niacin 18.4 mg, vitamin B6 8.5 mg, folate 400 µg, vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 7.2 µg, biotin 120 µg, pantothenic acid 5 mg, zinc 3.9 mg, selenium 55 µg, manganese 0.8 mg and chromium 35 µg. The organic food blend is 587 mg.

The blend contains: Sesbania grandiflora leaf, emblica (amla) fruit extract, apple, guava fruit and leaf, holy basil leaf, annatto, lemon peel, moringa leaf, Agaricus bisporus mushroom, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, green bell pepper, Brussels sprout, ginger, garlic, green onion, parsley, cauliflower, red cabbage, asparagus, celery, cucumber and kale. All ingredients are organic.
