Rule One Active BCAA is a food supplement in powder form. It contains three branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), plus L-glutamine, L-citrulline, taurine, raw coconut water powder and an electrolyte blend.
One serving is 13.5 g, and the 405 g pack holds 30 servings. It comes in Fruit Punch and Watermelon flavours.
- Three branched-chain amino acids
Each serving has 2.5 g of L-leucine, 1.25 g of L-valine and 1.25 g of L-isoleucine.
- Additional amino acids
