The active ingredient is vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), 100 µg per spray. Other ingredients: water, thickeners xylitol (20%) and xanthan gum, natural cherry flavouring, acid citric acid, and preservative potassium sorbate. Usage
Spray directly into the mouth, under the tongue. We recommend taking one spray in the morning. Shake the bottle well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3–4 times to activate it.
