BetterYou Magnesium Gel is a water-based gel whose magnesium comes from magnesium chloride. 1 ml of gel provides at least 100 mg of elemental magnesium, and a teaspoon about 500 mg.
You apply it to clean skin and massage it in. The bottle holds 150 ml.

Usage
Apply a pea-sized amount to the area and massage it well into the skin, avoiding broken skin and delicate areas such as the eyes. Reapply whenever needed, ideally after exercise and on clean skin.
For external use only. Do not apply to broken skin or near the eyes. A slight tingling may be felt on first use; it passes with regular use. Keep out of the reach of children.
