Usage
Mix one 3 g dose (approx. ½ scoop) with 200 ml of water. Take a maximum of 1 serving per day, 30 minutes before your workout. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 6 months.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Contains sweeteners. Not intended for children, or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Sachets inside the pack are not for direct consumption.
