NOW Foods L-Tryptophan, 1000mg Double Strength is a food supplement in tablet form. Each tablet contains 1000 mg of free-form L-tryptophan. The pack holds 60 tablets.
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid. The body does not synthesise it, so it has to come from the diet. The tablet has a vegetarian coating, and the product is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or sesame ingredients.

Other ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), vegetarian coating [hypromellose (cellulose), calcium carbonate, glycerin] and silicon dioxide. Natural colour variation may occur in this product.

Usage
Take 1 tablet 1–3 times daily on an empty stomach, with the final dose at bedtime, or as directed by your physician.
