One serving (25 ml) contains 2000 mg of L-carnitine, 125 mg of caffeine and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Other ingredients: water, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrates), flavourings, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), thickener (sodium carboxy methyl cellulose), preservative (E 200).

Take one ampoule (25 ml) once a day, 30 minutes before training. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
