OstroVit ADEK is a food supplement containing four fat-soluble vitamins: A, D, E and K. One tablet provides 800 µg of vitamin A, 50 µg of vitamin D, 12 mg of vitamin E and 75 µg of vitamin K.
The vitamin K in this product is menaquinone, also known as vitamin K2. The pack holds 200 tablets, and one serving is one tablet.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains 800 µg of vitamin A, 50 µg of vitamin D, 12 mg of vitamin E and 75 µg of vitamin K. Other ingredients: bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose; starch; anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.

Usage
Adults: take one tablet daily, preferably after a meal. A 25-(OH)D blood test and a consultation with a doctor or pharmacist are advisable before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product is intended for healthy adults under 75 years of age. It should not be used by children, pregnant women, nursing mothers or people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Manufactured in a facility that uses ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, shellfish and fish.
