OstroVit Vitamin D3 + K2 combines 2000 IU of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and 100 µg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) in one olive-oil-based softgel. The MK-7 is derived from Bacillus subtilis natto.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and vitamin K to normal blood clotting. The 90 softgels last three months.

Usage
Take 1 softgel a day. Intended only for healthy people under the age of 75.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Not for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people taking anticoagulants that are vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin, acenocoumarol). Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Store tightly closed at 15–25 °C. Made in a facility that processes ingredients derived from fish.
