Trace Minerals Hydro Pak Sport is an electrolyte food supplement in powder form, packed in single-serving stick packs. One serving is 1 stick pack, and each pack contains 30 servings.
Each serving provides 300 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium, 100 mg of ConcenTrace Trace Minerals (CTM) from concentrated seawater, 50 mg of vitamin C and several B vitamins. It comes in Raspberry Lemonade, Strawberry Coconut and Watermelon flavours.
