Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12 & Methyl Folate, Lemon is a food supplement in chewable tablet form. Each tablet contains vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, folate as (6S)-5-MTHF and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
The pack holds 100 chewable tablets in a lemon flavour. It is sweetened with xylitol and stevia extract (rebaudioside A).

Ingredients
Each tablet (1 serving) contains vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 1.5 mg, folate 680 mcg DFE (400 mcg as (6S)-5-MTHF, from the glucosamine salt) and vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 1000 mcg. Other ingredients: xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), natural flavour, citric acid, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide and rebaudioside A (stevia extract).
