It also works as a daily skin softener. The bottle holds 237 ml.

Ingredients
Sunflower seed oil, olive fruit oil, arnica flower oil, aroma oil blend (lavender oil, lemon peel oil, palmarosa oil, natural vanilla fragrance, wintergreen leaf oil), tocopherol (vitamin E, from soy).
Usage
Massage the desired amount into the skin after a long day or a strenuous workout. To moisturise the skin, apply 2–3 times a day. Keep away from sensitive areas.
For external use only; do not ingest. Arnica can cause allergic dermatitis with extended use or in sensitive persons. Not to be used on open wounds or broken skin. Contains tocopherol from soy. Keep out of the reach of children.
