NOW Foods Ultra Omega 3-D Fish Oil is a food supplement made with fish oil concentrate and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Each softgel contains 1200 mg of fish oil concentrate, of which 600 mg is eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 300 mg is docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Each softgel also provides 25 µg of vitamin D. The fish oil is molecularly distilled and flavoured with lemon oil. The pack holds 180 softgels.

A serving contains 600 mg of EPA and 300 mg of DHA, within 1200 mg of fish oil concentrate.
- Vitamin D in the same softgel
Alongside the fish oil, each softgel provides 25 µg of vitamin D as cholecalciferol (D3).
- Molecularly distilled fish oil
The manufacturer states that the fish oil is molecularly distilled.
- Lemon oil and a plant-derived antioxidant
The softgel is flavoured with lemon oil, and the formula includes d-alpha tocopherol from sunflower. The capsule shell is made from fish gelatin.

One softgel contains: fish oil concentrate 1200 mg, of which eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 600 mg and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 300 mg; vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol) 25 µg; cholesterol 5 mg. A serving provides 15 kcal and 1.5 g of fat. Other ingredients: softgel capsule (fish gelatin, glycerin, water), lemon oil and d-alpha tocopherol (sunflower).
