RYSE Hydration Sticks is a food supplement in powder form, packed in single-serving sticks. One serving weighs 6.7 g and the pack holds 16 servings. The flavour is Lemon Lime.
Each serving contains six electrolytes: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, chloride, sodium and potassium. The formula also includes vitamin C, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, choline, taurine, coconut fruit water powder and the AstraGin® root extract blend.

- Taurine and choline
A serving contains 1000 mg of taurine and choline in two forms: 200 mg as choline and 500 mg as choline bitartrate.
- Coconut water powder and AstraGin®
The formula has 250 mg of CocOganic® coconut fruit water powder and 25 mg of AstraGin®, a blend of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng root extracts.
