BetterYou MultiVit is an oral spray in the Blackcurrant and Plum flavour. The pack holds 25 ml of liquid and 48 servings.
The spray contains 14 vitamins and minerals: vitamins A, D3, K, C, B6 and B12, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid, selenium and iodine. It is sprayed into the mouth or onto the inside of the cheek.

Active ingredients: vitamin A 180 µg, vitamin D3 20 µg, vitamin K 75 µg, vitamin C 20 mg, thiamin 1.1 mg, riboflavin 1.4 mg, niacin 8 mg, vitamin B6 1.2 mg, folic acid 400 µg, vitamin B12 6 µg, biotin 50 µg, pantothenic acid 6 mg, selenium 75 µg and iodine 150 µg. Other ingredients: water, sweetener xylitol, emulsifier acacia gum, MCT oil, emulsifier lecithins (sunflower), preservative potassium sorbate, flavouring, acidity regulators citric acid and sodium hydroxide, thickener xanthan gum. The vitamins and minerals are supplied as, for example, L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, retinyl palmitate, potassium iodide, sodium selenate, phytomenadione, D-biotin, cholecalciferol and methylcobalamin.

Usage
Shake well before each use. Press the pump 3 times until the liquid starts to flow. Spray carefully into the mouth or onto the inside of the cheek. Use 4 sprays a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Not to be used by people taking anticoagulant medicines that are vitamin K antagonists (for example warfarin and acenocoumarol). A blood 25-(OH)D test is advisable before use, with the result discussed with a doctor or pharmacist. Intended for healthy adults up to 75 years of age. Excessive intake may have a laxative effect.
