The minerals are iron 14 mg, iodine 150 µg, magnesium oxide 375 mg, zinc citrate 10 mg, manganese 2 mg, selenium 55 µg, copper 1 mg, chromium (as ChromaX) 40 µg and molybdenum 50 µg.
The pack also contains fish oil 1000 mg (EPA 500 mg, DHA 250 mg), MitoGreens 200 mg, alfalfa extract 200 mg, sulforaphane from broccoli extract 40 mg, BettaBerries blend 500 mg, lutein 20 mg, astaxanthin 10 mg, zeaxanthin 4 mg, lycopene 1 mg and BioPerine black pepper extract 5 mg.
