Nordic Flora Daily Blend 92 mg, including live bacterial cultures at 12 billion CFU: Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium bifidum. Also FOS (fructooligosaccharides) 20 mg. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose (emulsifier), plant cellulose (capsule shell), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Usage
