5% Nutrition 5150 – Legendary Series is a powdered pre-workout taken before training. A pack holds 30 servings, and one serving is 13.9 g.
The formula combines amino acids (L-citrulline, beta-alanine, L-taurine and N-acetyl L-tyrosine), several choline sources, vitamin B3, vitamin B12 and a multi-source caffeine complex. It comes in two flavours, Green Apple and Tropical Rage. The core formula is described the same way for both; check the chosen flavour for its exact nutrition values.
- Three amino acids in larger amounts
Each serving has 4000 mg L-citrulline, 3000 mg beta-alanine and 2000 mg L-taurine, plus 750 mg N-acetyl L-tyrosine.
- Caffeine complex from several sources
The complex totals 513 mg per serving. It includes caffeine anhydrous, dicaffeine malate, theobromine, caffeine from green tea, and yerba mate, guarana, green coffee bean and gotu kola extracts.
- Several choline sources
A serving has 195 mg choline (as choline bitartrate), 500 mg choline bitartrate and 200 mg alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl choline (50%).
- Plant extracts and vitamins
The formula also has 45 mg synephrine hydrochloride, 80 mg cocoa alkaloid extract, 50 µg toothed clubmoss (1% Huperzine A), 30 mg NE niacin and 1000 µg vitamin B12.
