Nutrend Regener is a food supplement in powder form, formulated for athletes. One serving is 75 g. It contains carbohydrates, amino acids (L-glutamine, leucine, isoleucine, valine and L-arginine), magnesium, selenium, vitamins C and E, and ginkgo biloba extract.
The powder comes in Fresh Apple and Red Fresh flavours. The composition is the same in both. The pack is 450 g and holds 6 servings.
- Carbohydrate-based mix

- Five amino acids
A serving contains 2000 mg of L-glutamine, 1500 mg of leucine, 750 mg of isoleucine, 750 mg of valine and 500 mg of L-arginine.

Per serving there are 130 mg of magnesium, 15 µg of selenium, 200 mg of vitamin C and 70 mg of vitamin E.
- Plant extract

Usage
Mix 75 g of powder in 450 ml of water and drink in portions over 20–30 minutes immediately after physical exercise. Then wash it down with another 200 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
