Anti-caking agents are also used: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide. Per serving (6 capsules): BCAA 6600 mg, L-leucine 3300 mg, L-isoleucine 1650 mg, L-valine 1650 mg.

Usage
On training days, take 3 capsules before training and 3 capsules straight after training, each time with 250 ml of water. On non-training days, take 3 capsules in the morning after waking, with 250 ml of water. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
