Cytoplan Vegan Biotic is a food supplement in powder form, supplied in a 90 g pack. Each 3 ml teaspoon provides three billion live bacteria from eight strains: Bifidobacterium lactis W51 and W52, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus salivarius and Lactococcus lactis.
The formula also contains inulin, fructo-oligosaccharides and amylase. One pack holds 30 servings. It is vegan and does not need refrigeration.

Usage
Adults and children over 12 years: one level 3 ml teaspoon a day. Children aged 6–12 years: ½ level teaspoon. Children aged 3–5 years: ⅓ level teaspoon. Or as directed by a practitioner. Babies above 6 months only under the guidance of a practitioner. Stir the dose into lukewarm water, leave for approximately 2 minutes and drink on an empty stomach, preferably just before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For babies above 6 months, use only under the guidance of a practitioner.
