Nordic Naturals Arctic-D Cod Liver Oil is purified Arctic cod liver oil with added vitamin D3 and natural lemon flavour. One 5 ml teaspoon provides 1060 mg of total omega-3 and 25 µg of vitamin D3.
The oil is protected by alpha-tocopherol and rosemary extract. The bottle holds 473 ml.

Usage
Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) a day with a meal.
