NOW Foods Magnesium Glycinate with BioPerine is a food supplement that contains magnesium as bisglycinate (Albion™), meaning it is bound to the amino acid glycine. One serving of 2 capsules provides 200 mg of elemental magnesium.
Each serving also contains 2.5 mg of black pepper fruit extract (BioPerine®). The pack holds 180 vegetable capsules, which makes 90 servings.

Ingredients
